Your counselor as well as your Solution Provider will serve as advisors throughout every step of the marketing process from initiation to closing. Our team is trained to produce a precise and professional Employee Relocation Council Report (ERC) and marketing plan, and to follow the procedures and policies of referring relocation companies. Consistent communication with all parties involved at all times is our hallmark. 

Home Finding Assistance:

Your Prudential Tropical Realty Relocation Specialist will be carefully chosen by our Prudential Tropical Realty Relocation Services Counselor to match your needs.  The assigned Real Estate Sales Specialist will provide specific information on communities, home values, and schools to familiarize you with the area prior to your first home finding trip.
