• Accounting –monthly financial statements on a full accrual basis, complete general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable services, billing and collection of assessments, forwarding delinquent accounts to attorney, preparation of annual budgets for Board’s approval

• Management – off site and on-site Manager, ensure conformance with Rules and Regulations, resolving miscellaneous issues, monitor maintenance operation and subcontractors, assistance with preparing contract specifications and solicitation of bids as requested by the Board.
